Mode of Delivery and Neonatal Outcomes in Preterm Pregnancy

Objectives: To explain that mode of delivery has a correlation with neonatal outcomes in preterm pregnancies.Methods: This study is retrospective cohort conducted at Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital, total sampling 484 cases divided into early and late from 2019 to 2021. Bivariate analysis was carried out determine the between Mode Delivery (MOD) outcomes.Results: In group, had significant (p<0.05) birth weight, APGAR score, mortality, however group only found score mortality outcomes. Cesarean delivery, both births lower rate asphyxia death (p<0.05).Conclusion: There birth. Caesarean by indication can significantly reduce risk asphyxia, due premature birth.Keywords: outcome, preterm.AbstrakTujuan: Menjelaskan bahwa metode persalinan sangat berkorelasi dengan luaran neonatus pada kehamilan prematur, oleh karena itu penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk memilih persalinan.Metode: Penelitian merupakan kohort retrospektif yang dilakukan di RSUD Surakarta, sebanyak kasus terbagi dan dari tahun hingga Analisis bivariat menggunakan analisis Chi-square Kruskal-Wallis melihat korelasi antara neonatusHasil: Pada kelompok preterm, memiliki hubungan signifikan (p<0,05) baik berat lahir, skor APGAR, kematian neonatus. hanya didapatkan Persalinan Caesar maupun angka lebih rendah terhadap asfiksia (p<0,05).Kata kunci: persalinan, neonatus, preterm.
